The Arkoptics M-Series fiber cassettes are custom-built to customer applications. They provide the interface between the MTP® / MPO connector on the trunk and the LC/SC duplex jumpers that will then connect directly into electronics.

Multi-Function Fiber Patch Panel for LGX Fiber Cassettes

The LGX format is an industry standard for fiber cassette and adapter plate, which can be installed in LGX compatible racks, panels and wall-mounted enclosures.

Our multi-function fiber patch panel is designed to increase flexibility for any environment in the data center. Changeable front bulkhead supports 2 slots, 3 slots, 4 slots and 5 slots LGX cassettes or adapter plates, and the maximum capacity is up to 144 fiber LC connectors.

LGX Format MTP® / MPO to LC Fiber Cassette

Arkoptics offers MTP®/MPO to LC Base-12 or Base-24 cassette which supports polarity method type A, type B and universal wiring. Our MTP®/MPO to LC cassette enables high-density, cost-effective 10G deployments and the simplest migration to 40G, 100G, and even 400G.

The MTP®/MPO to LC cassette is a simply plug-play LGX with no field terminations required but just mount in our M-Series patch panel. Improved reconfiguration during moves, adds and changes.

LGX Format MTP® / MPO Conversion Cassette

We also offer MTP®/MPO conversion cassette for migration interconnection such as 40G to 4x 10G. Available conversion solutions :

What is the max fiber count of M-Series 1U multi-function patch panel?

Maximum capacity with LC connector is 144 fibers. We recommend using LC uniboot patch cables to establish interconnects for this type of high-density routing.

Is the MPO to LC cable inside the LGX cassette a round cable or a flat cable?

The cables inside the MPO to LC cassette should be round cables using bend-insensitive fiber.

What MTP fiber polarity method shall I chose?

We provide method A polarity, method B polarity and method universal polarity according to your needs. Supposed you are planning on using rollover MTP® cables between all cassettes/ports, then we will provide method B polarity solutions for you.
