200G QSFP-DD SR8 850nm 100m MMF Optical Transceiver
The Arkoptics 200G QSFP-DD SR8 Optical Transceiver Module is a Double Density QSFP transceiver with eight-channel designed for 200G Ethernet (2x 100GBASE-SR4) applications. It is a high performance transceiver module used for short-range multi-lane data communication and interconnect applications. It integrates eight data lanes in each direction with 25.78Gb/s bandwidth per channel for link up to 70m over OM3 fiber or 100m over OM4 fiber. This module is designed to operate over multimode fiber systems using a nominal wavelength of 850nm. The electrical interface uses a 76 contact edge type connector. The optical interface uses an 24 fiber MTP (MPO) connector.
It is a small-form- factor hot pluggable transceiver module integrated with the high performance VCSEL laser and high sensitivity PIN receiver. It complies with 100G Ethernet specs; QSFP-DD MSA. It also functions as a 2x100G QSFP-DD SR8 transceiver that supports 2x100G connections to two 100G QSFP28 SR4 transceivers using a MTP/MPO breakout cable.
