400G OSFP-RHS VR4 PAM4 850nm 50m Transceiver
The Arkoptics 400GBASE-VR4 OSFP is a Eight-Channel, Pluggable, Parallel transceiver for 400 Gigabit Ethernet Applications. This transceiver is a high performance module for short-range multi-lane data communication and interconnection applications.
The module integrates eight data lanes in each direction with 4x53.125GBd. Each lane can operate at 106.25Gbps up to 30m using OM3 fiber or 50m using OM4 fiber with FEC. It is designed to operate over multi-mode fiber systems using a nominal wavelength of 850nm. The optical interface uses a single, 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connector. The Common Management Interface Specification (CMIS) for OSFP modules, This module incorporates Arkoptics proven circuit and VCSEL technology to provide reliable long life, high performance, and consistent service.
