400G QSFP-DD DCO Coherent Transceiver DWDM Tunable QDD-400G-ZR Compatible
The 400G QSFP-DD ZR coherent transceiver is a high-performance, cost-effective module designed for 400G optical data communication applications. It is optimized for 400G 120 km DCI DWDM links without the need for inline chromatic dispersion compensation.
This C-band tunable coherent optical module integrates a 7nm coherent DSP ASIC with best-in-class ultra-narrow linewidth tunable lasers, high-speed modulators, and high-responsivity coherent receivers, delivering robust performance using 400G DP-16QAM modulation. An integrated VOA in the TX optical path enables configurable output optical power from -13 dBm to -9 dBm.
The transceiver is fully compliant with the QSFP-DD MSA and supports digital diagnostics monitoring via the I2C interface as defined by the MSA. Mechanical dimensions, connectors, and footprint conform to the QSFP-DD MSA. The module measures 18.35 mm × 93.26 mm × 8.50 mm and is hot-pluggable via a 76-pin pad and host connector.
