400G QSFP-DD ZRP High Power -10~1dBm DCO DWDM C-band Tunable Coherent 400GBASE-ZRP Compatible
The Arkoptics 400G QSFP-DD ZR++ Coherent Transceiver is a high-performance, high-output-power, cost-effective module designed for 100G to 400G optical data communication applications. It is optimized for 100G/200G long-haul and 300G/400G metro IP-over-DWDM deployments without the need for inline chromatic dispersion compensation.
This C-band frequency-tunable coherent optical module integrates a 7nm coherent DSP ASIC with best-in-class ultra-narrow linewidth tunable lasers, high-speed modulators, and high-responsivity coherent receivers to deliver superior performance across 100G DP-QPSK, 200G DP-QPSK, 300G DP-8QAM, and 400G DP-16QAM modulation formats. An integrated VOA in the transmit optical path enables output power tuning from -10 dBm to +1 dBm; in 400G Gray Light mode (193.7 THz), the output power is 4 dBm.
The transceiver is fully compliant with the OIF QSFP-DD MSA. Digital diagnostics functions are accessible via an I2C interface as specified by the QSFP-DD MSA. Mechanical dimensions, connectors, and footprint conform to the QSFP-DD MSA. The module measures 18.35 mm × 93.26 mm × 8.50 mm and is hot-pluggable via a 76-pin pad and host connector.
