400G QSFP112 DR4 PAM4 1310nm 500m Transceiver Module
The Arkoptics 400GBASE-DR4 QSFP112 is suitable for 400G Ethernet and data center interconnect applications. It can transmit up to 500 meters over parallel single-mode fiber via a single MTP/MPO-12 connector. This module has 4 independent electrical input/output channels which can converts 106.25Gbps (PAM4) electrical input data to 4 channels of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) parallel optical signals, and also converts 4 channels of parallel optical signals of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) for each channel into 4 channels of 106.25Gbps (PAM4) electrical output data. The module incorporates 4 parallel channels on 1310nm center wavelength, operating at 106.25G per channel.
The module is compliant to QSFP112 MSA, CMIS 5.0 interface, and 400GAUI-4 standards. Built-in digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM) allows access to real-time operating parameters. It has been designed to meet the harshest external operating conditions including temperature, humidity and EMI interference.
