400G QSFP112 SR4 PAM4 850nm 100m Transceiver Module
The Arkoptics 400GBASE-SR4 QSFP112 is an Ethernet 400Gb/s, Single-port, QSFP112, SR4 multimode parallel transceiver using a single, 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connector. The Short Reach 4-channel (SR4) design uses 100G-PAM4 modulation. It integrates four data lanes in each direction with 4x53.125GBd. Each lane can operate at 106.25Gbps up to 60m using OM3 fiber or 100m using OM4 fiber with FEC. This module is designed to operate over multimode fiber systems using a nominal wavelength of 850nm. The optical interface uses a 12 fiber MTP (MPO) connector. The Common Management Interface Specification (CMIS) for QSFP112 modules. 400G QSFP112 SR4 transceiver is typically used with a 400G and 200Gb/s BlueField-3/QSFP112 data processing unit (DPU) or ConnectX-7/QSFP112 based PCIe bus network card, connected to one of the ports of a dual-port 800Gb/s 2x400G OSFP port transceiver.
