400G QSFP112 VR4 PAM4 850nm 50m Transceiver Module
The Arkoptics 400GBASE-VR4 QSFP112 is a Four-Channel, Pluggable, Parallel for 400 Gigabit Ethernet Applications. The 4-channel design uses 100G-PAM4 modulation. It integrates four data lanes in each direction with 4x53.125GBd. Each lane can operate at 106.25Gbps up to 30m using OM3 fiber or 50m using OM4 fiber with FEC. This module is designed to operate over multimode fiber systems using a nominal wavelength of 850nm. The optical interface uses MTP/MPO-12 APC connector. The Common Management Interface Specification (CMIS) for QSFP112 modules. It incorporates Arkoptics proven circuit and VCSEL technology to provide reliable, high performance, and consistent service. 400G VR4 QSFP112 transceiver is typically used with a 400G and 200Gb/s BlueField-3/QSFP112 data processing unit (DPU) or ConnectX-7/QSFP112 based PCIe bus network card, connected to one of the ports of a dual-port 800Gb/s 2x400G OSFP port transceiver.
