4x6 MPO Conversion Cassette 48 Fibers
MTP MPO LC cassettes 4x12F MPO to 6x8F MPO Conversion Cassette is a full 4-to-6 MPO-based breakout option which allows the conversion of 12 fiber to 8-fiber for maximum utilization in transitioning between 40G and 10G networks. This product significantly increases the flexibility and capacity of the existing backbone cabling systems and eliminates waste fibers in 10G and 40G network transitions.
The 4x MPO-12 Male 6x MPO-8 Female 4x6 Conversion Cassette has four 12-fiber MPO adapters in the back, and connects to 6 eight-fiber MPO adapters in the front patch field which support the standard Method A polarity. Ultra-low loss MPO connectors reduce signal loss when transmitting, which makes it suitable for long-distance connections as well as diverse networks. Available in single mode OS2 and multimode (OM3 to OMG) choices. The cassette can accommodate as many as 192 fiber connections in one FD4 rail-sliding rack (1 RU).
