8F MPO to LC Multimode Fiber Tap LC Rx Tapped

The 8F MPO to LC Multimode Fiber Tap LC Rx Tapped cassette is designed to provide precise monitoring of optical traffic through its four LC Rx ports. Each front LC Rx port delivers either 10G or 25G channels, and the signal from each channel is directed to an LC simplex TAP port with a default split ratio of 50:50. At the rear of the cassette, the combined traffic is transmitted to a 40G QSFP+ or 100G QSFP28 transceiver via an MTP® / MPO trunk cable, allowing non-intrusive access to network data while maintaining full performance. Leveraging the 8F MPO to LC Multimode Fiber Tap LC Rx Tapped architecture ensures accurate, transparent monitoring across all channels.

Compatible with OM3, OM4, and OM5 multimode, these MPO Tap Cassettes fit right into Arkoptics' MTP® / MPO Multi-Function Fiber Patch Panels. Up to three cassettes can be used in the 1U MOD3 chassis, while four cassettes can comfortably be housed inside a 1U MOD4 High-Density Solution. Thus, this 8F MPO to LC Multimode Fiber Tap MPO Rx Tapped cassette can be applied in any part of the network using flexible TAP configurations and reliable monitoring mechanisms.
