The M6600 Network Management Unit is designed for the Arkoptics M6600 series managed chassis to provide comprehensive management of full optical layer communication products. The NMU utilizes a high-speed ARM processor to achieve powerful data processing capabilities. It offers management interfaces such as graphical interface (NetView), web-based interface (Web), and command-line interface (CLI) to facilitate device management.
It adopts a client-server architecture design, providing server versions (server-side and client-side) as well as standalone versions. It is suitable for network deployments of various scales and can help network operators and enterprise users at all levels build suitable network management systems.
- Hot-swappable design to ensures operation without downtime.
- Support in-band and out-of-band cascading management, providing 3x SFP optical ports, 2x RJ45 electrical ports, and 1x Console Port.
- Support local and remote online upgrades without affecting the normal operation of the service cards.
- Support SNMP-based unified network management platform with management interfaces such as CLI, Web, and NetView (graphical interface).
- Provide powerful multi-level network topology management capabilities, fast and automatic discovery of network topology, and generate intuitive graphical representations.
- Adhere to TMN standards, provide device management, monitoring and deployment, software upgrade management, configuration file management, alarm management, performance management to achieve comprehensive network management from the device level to the network level.
